I hope people don’t think I influenced somebody to steal cars!
A few weeks ago my uncle got his car stolen. It took 2 weeks for the Sonoma county sheriffs to find his 99 hyundai accent stripped of most of it’s parts. They only knew it was his because the thieves left the konig wheels and tinted windows on it.
So with some insurance money and his personal savings, my uncle was in the market for a new car. I just bought a mazda 3 hatchback, and I just found out that he bought one too.
This car is mine, hopefully won’t get stolen anytime soon.

On the one hand, that’s a pain in the ass.
Other other hand, it got him out of a ‘99 Hyundai Accident.
Back on the first hand, the insurance not covering the whole thing is also a pain in the ass.

His insurance actually did! my uncle was caught off guard when he found out that he had been paying for full coverage insurance for years.
the adjuster gave him more money for the wheels and the tint.
